y=(120/tan(60º))

Distance between 2 people
     =(120/tan(30º))  -  (120/tan(60º))
     =138.564(6sf)
     =138.6(1dp)

Assumptions:

-Height of man is negligible(Of no height)
-Same eye level
-Building is 90º to the ground
-Ground is flat(Both people is on the same level(horizontally))
-Both are in the same medium

    Assumptions are valid besides Height of man is negligible point is arguable.

    Working is rather clear but the diagram should be labelled for easier reference. Other than that everything else is good.

    Assumptions are fairly comprehensive, although realistically, each man's height cannot be negligible. All assumptions are relevant, though.
